Meet Kathy, Medical Records Assistant

I’m Kathy Agus, I joined SmartVA in Sept 2021 as a medical records assistant. I generally love talking and assisting people. It is one of the reasons why I picked virtual assistant for my field and studied a vocational course for the call center which is the contact center.

I have developed and utilized various skills to help achieve results and contribute to the company’s productivity.

I would characterize myself as a hard worker with excellent communication skills. In every job you have to communicate with someone, you try to help people or convince them, and you face praise or criticism. And I did fairly well in such situations in my job, which gives me confidence in my ability to become an excellent virtual assistant and deliver exceptional results.

I like to explore new things, I also like sweet foods and love to travel or hang out with my family. One thing that I am afraid of is darkness.
